As a Grinberg Method practitioner, I bring a profound understanding of the body's response to extreme stress and crisis. My expertise is rooted in my personal experience with high-risk environments and my work with reservists and war-trauma survivors in Israel.


This professional focus is supported by 25 years of martial arts practice, including 20 years dedicated to Wing Chun and Qi Gong. I integrate this deep discipline into my teaching, helping clients transform trauma into physical, emotional, and mental resilience. Through the Method, I’ve personally overcome chronic symptoms and achieved a career with minimal burnout—a journey of recovery and clarity I now share with my clients.
