My Work
In my body-oriented and attachment-informed work, I bring together the Grinberg Method® and Neurosystemic Integration®.
I accompany children, adolescents and adults as they explore new ways of relating to the things that challenge them – whether chronic stress, difficult emotions, physical symptoms, relationship difficulties or important life decisions. My intention is to support people in reconnecting with themselves, discovering greater inner freedom and creating more space for a life that feels authentic and true to who they are.
The Grinberg Method®
The Grinberg Method® offers a way to reconnect with the body and develop a deeper awareness of ourselves. Through focused attention and bodywork, we can begin to recognise habitual patterns of tension, thinking and behaviour that may limit us in our everyday lives.
Our bodies often hold on to familiar responses, even when they no longer serve us. By becoming more aware of these patterns, we can learn to meet ourselves differently. The body becomes a space in which we can gently explore our sensations and emotions, allowing them to move and change rather than automatically suppressing or compensating for them.
This process can open up new possibilities for meeting pain and fear, transforming them into free-flowing energy. It invites us into a life with greater awareness, freedom, and choice—bringing more clarity, ease, confidence, and vitality into our everyday experience.
Neurosystemic Integration®
Neurosystemic Integration® (Neurosystemische Integration®), developed by Verena König, is an integrative approach to trauma-sensitive, attachment-oriented coaching. It offers a framework for understanding our nervous system, our internal stress responses and the ways our experiences and relationships shape us.
Through nervous system regulation, resource-oriented work and supportive new experiences, we can nurture a greater sense of inner safety, connection and self-efficacy.
I draw on Neurosystemic Integration® as a valuable complement to my body-oriented work. While the Grinberg Method® invites us to explore and experience change directly through the body, Neurosystemic Integration® brings additional understanding, reflection and a sensitive awareness of our personal histories and relational experiences.
For me, these two approaches complement one another beautifully, bringing together embodied awareness and understanding in a way that supports each person's individual process.
How I Work
My work is intuitive, varied and guided by the individual needs and experiences of each person. I combine thoughtful, compassionate conversations with mindful touch, movement, breathwork and practices that deepen body awareness.
A central part of my work is supporting the regulation of the nervous system – both through our own resources and through the experience of safe, supportive connection with another person.
Psychoeducation, exploratory questions and creative writing prompts can help us better understand our physical, emotional and mental processes. They offer opportunities to recognise familiar patterns with greater awareness, develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and make room for new experiences.
I believe that meaningful change does not need to be forced. It can unfold when we feel safe enough to become curious, listen to ourselves and explore new possibilities at our own pace.
I work with individuals as well as in workshops and groups. Individual sessions offer space for personal exploration and support, while workshops create opportunities for shared learning, exchange and discovering new experiences together.
My Approach To People
My own life experiences are an important resource in my work. They have shaped the way I meet people – with openness, empathy and a deep appreciation for each person's unique story.
My clients experience me as warm and attentive, with clarity and a gentle directness. There is often laughter, too – despite, and sometimes precisely because of, the difficult things we explore together. I believe that lightness and humour can have their place even in the midst of challenging experiences.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where people feel seen, respected and accepted. A space where everything is welcome, but nothing is required. Where there is room for vulnerability as well as strength, for uncertainty as well as discovery, and where each person can find their own way forward in their own time.
I work both in individual sessions and in workshops and groups. While individual sessions focus on each person's unique process, my workshops offer space for connection, shared learning and new experiences.
I truly love what I do. I’m simply a people person – someone who loves connecting with people, meeting them where they are and accompanying them on their journey.
